The Story Behind Rayz Window Cleaning
Rayz Window Cleaning was founded in 2024 by Brad, who brought eight years of hands-on experience in the window cleaning industry and a clear vision for quality, honest service in Central Minnesota. Not long after launching the company, Brad was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia—a life-altering moment that paused operations but not his spirit.
While Brad recovered, Joe, a lifelong customer service professional and friend, was searching for a new career path—one that would keep his evenings and weekends free for family. That's when Timothy, a mutual friend with a knack for IT and accounting (and a questionable sense of humor), asked, “How do you feel about cleaning windows?” With Brad consulting from the sidelines and Joe and Timothy picking up the squeegees, Rayz Window Cleaning was revived with renewed energy, purpose, and community focus.
Meet the Team Behind the Shine
Joe – Owner
Joe brings the heart and humor to Rayz Window Cleaning. Raised in hospitality on Lake Mille Lacs and a former head chef, he knows how to treat people—and clean windows—with care and excellence.
Brad – Founder Emeritus
A true outdoorsman and the original visionary behind Rayz Window Cleaning. Though no longer in the field, Brad continues to guide and train the team with wisdom and grit.
Timothy – IT / Accounting
He calls himself the behind-the-scenes guy... and honestly, we’re okay with that. You probably won’t meet him, but you’ll appreciate the systems he keeps running.
